Beginning the process of developing a LED headlight option to offer with our kits. Started with a sleek bullet style bucket and shoehorned a 7 inch LED light assembly inside.
Bars with Low Mount

GSXR Fork Headlight Brackets
Mock up some revised versions of our fork rings on the YCB450F with 05+ GSXR forks. Will be adding these to our first production run. Pictured is the 6.5 inch Round Headlight. The headlight brackets can accommodate multiple headlight sizes.
Design, Print, Refine, and Repeat
The development process can take many directions. Here we are exploring the idea of having a 1 piece top clamp for the gauge cluster to mount too.
Smart Design
Motodemic Single Headlight Conversion uses specially designed brackets that DON’T require removal of the top triple clamp. Prototype brackets shown, final product will be billet aluminum anodized black.

3D Printing
First “production” run on the prototypes. Utilizing a Makerbot 3d printer, we are able to rapid prototype our concepts and test them right away. This greatly decreases development costs and time to get our products in your hands.
