Refinishing and pre-wiring all of the new headlights that just came in as replacements to the scratched LSL units.
Final Production Pieces :: The final pieces, and most critical, are at the tail end of production. Pictured is one half of our uniquely designed fork rings that attach the headlight to the forks. Once these are completed its off to coating and then shipping ASAP.

Beginning the process of developing a LED headlight option to offer with our kits. Started with a sleek bullet style bucket and shoehorned a 7 inch LED light assembly inside.
Mocked up a set of Apex Mfg Clip-Ons and just couldn’t stand not to go enjoy this beautiful California day.

Motodemic Triumph Street Triple Single Headlight Conversion – Low with the 6.5″ Round Headlight.
Took the production piece of the Single Headlight Conversion – Low for a spin. Solid and at the perfect angle for a balance between streamlined and visibility.
Test fit one of the production pieces for the SingleHeadlightConversion – Low. Pulled the trigger on a last minute design change. The bracket conforms to the top clamp and ignition much cleaner, giving much more space for the cables and wiring.

Race-bred @jessemorenojr’s Honda CBR600RR for the 2015 AFM race season. We’ve been putting in some hours getting it ready to go.
Aluminum in the RAW Just finished stripping the anodizing off of the Sun Rims from Buchanans Spoke and Rim. Going to media blast everything then off to RAD Manufacturing to get anodized and laced.
Took a little break from the YCB450F cutting and aligning to help @jessemorenojr get his CBR600RR race ready.
Burning the late night oil. Set up the build in this frame jig with parts supplied by Chop Source. Keeps everything straight and square when cutting up the frame.
First time taking the printed prototypes out in the real world to see how the design looks. Always take a step back and observe your work while developing.
Mock up some revised versions of our fork rings on the YCB450F with 05+ GSXR forks. Will be adding these to our first production run. Pictured is the 6.5 inch Round Headlight. The headlight brackets can accommodate multiple headlight sizes.
The development process can take many directions. Here we are exploring the idea of having a 1 piece top clamp for the gauge cluster to mount too.
