XSR900 Spoked Wheel Conversion

We’ve teamed up with Cognito Moto to create a beautiful Spoked Wheel Conversion for your XSR900. Our XSR 900 Spoked Wheel Conversion consists of Cognito Moto hubs, Excel Takasago Series Rims, with Stainless Steel Spokes and Nipples. All of these components are custom made specifically for this conversion and assembled right here in the US.

Extremely simple to install because the hubs have been designed to the same specifications as the hubs on the factory wheels. This means you reuse ALL of the factory components such as the Brake Rotors, ABS Sensors, Cush Carrier with Sprocket, Bearings, and Seals. The hubs and rims are anodized black to withstand years of abuse and tire changes.

Assembled Wheel Set Includes:

• Cognito Moto Front and Rear Hub
• Excel Takasago Series Rims in Black (17×3.5F and 17×5.5R)
• Stainless Steel Spokes and Nipples
• Pre-Installed Bearings, Spacers, and Seals

Recommended for Installation:

• Rim Strips
• Radial Tire Tubes
• New OEM Rotor Bolts (Yamaha specs to replace when removed)

Note – These are not tubeless and we do recommend using tubes meant for radial tires.
